The view from my bungalow was truly breathtaking! 😍 the walk to get there felt like a real trek through a jungle, and dealing with the loud music until 2 am was rough.

The rooms were modern and adequate for what I wanted. Rooms had a nice view of the Bay when you eventually got there!
The hotel doesn't really have any facilities outside the room. No pool, no decent eating area, no bar etc. The hotel is quite far and rocky with plenty of steps so wouldn't be suitable for anyone unfit or disabled, or anyone with a case! It also gets incredibly dark at night, it's like walking through a forest to get there - bizarre location. Lack of lighting along the 'path' caused real difficulty at night. If you want a quiet stay then music is pretty loud until around 2am however this didn't worry me. Thought it was expensive for what we got, considering other hotels were better location with a bar and pool nearer to the beach etc. Overall I couldn't wait to leave and would not go back nor recommend it.

our location was great on the pier. and we were so close to the beach side, restaurants/bars/activities, and mountain in jungle.

The culinary adventure was a delight! The fresh seafood appetizers had me swooning, and the beachside dining brought a whole new vibe. Plus, the fine view from my Superior Bungalow was perfect for winding down. Despite the challenges, I found moments of charm among the beauty.
The trek to get there was a real leg workout, not for the faint-hearted! Plus, pack your ear plugs, as the beach party music doesn't let up until 2 AM. It's an experience, but be prepared!

Rooms were clean and had a nice view of the sea
The location. Getting to the bungalows was through a very uneven rocky part of the jungle. There were no paths and one sign. A member of staff sent us completely in the wrong way when trying to find the reception desk which again had no signs what so ever. Was a complete nightmare trying to get there with our luggage. When we complained to staff when we arrived they just seemed to giggle And hand us a warm sickly welcome drink. Also where the bungalows are placed in the bay you hear the awful loud music pumping from the beach until 4am every night. Ear plugs were provided but didn't help. We checked out early because the experience was so hideous and no one even bothered to ask why.

The rooms were clean Free boat service running to and from the beach Staff quite helpful and despite a no cancellation / no refund policy when we asked to check out early they only charged for the 1 night we stayed plus an early check out fee of 500 baht instead of the full cost of the 4 night stay which would have been about 11,500 baht
We understood that the accommodation was on a hill side so there would be a step walk up from the water's edge / and a 10 minute walk through the jungle in to Tonsai, which we were happy with. At night time there could be better directions because you are walking through the jungle in pitch dark at one point (a light or too on the path would be helpful). The problem and reason for early check out, was that we picked the accommodation because it was a bit further away from Tonsai. We had knew that at night time, every night, there were bars on the beach that played loud music until 4/5am so wanted to be able to get away from it. Unfortunately, Sky Sea resort was directly opposite on the other side of the bay, which only seemed to magnify the noise as it travelled across the bay and directly hit the front of our room, making it literally shake at times with the sound of the bass! Would recommend staying on the other bay on the opposite side of Tonsai bay. There are some nice resorts and beach huts both to the right and the left as you get off the pier. Nice Resort / Mama Resort were clean, friendly, quite basic, but beach front and couldn't hear any noise at night despite being just 5-10 min walk away. Next to Gecko Bar / Climbing centre (should definitely have a drink in Gecko Bar too! Very friendly / lots of fun / good place to meet other people).

The bungalow design was modern and simple. The bungalows were super clean and had excellent wifi connection. The resort itself is new so everything felt new. The actual staff was quite kind.
They don't tell you 2 key things about the resort- 1. It's on the edge of the main area which is actually quite nice as its away from the action and feels a bit more remote BUT the path to get to the resort and the bungalows is VERY natural and unfinished. Think rocks and dirt and a hike up and down to the resort. It's not too terrible but I wouldn't suggest it for young families, older people and anyone who isn't fit or willing to do treks back and forth. 2. Even if its on the outskirts of the main beaches, the main bars of Koh phi phi are on the beach across and even if its 800m away, the music from the bars RESONATE across the water so you hear it VERY clearly until 4:00am every night. I suggested to the management they should at least provide ear plugs for guests but I don't think they understood nor in hindsight it would help as the vibration is quite loud! We ended up being super active during the day so we just were too exhausted and ended up passing out but for sure, it's terrible to listen to terrible club remixes all night long.

The beachfront bungalow was lovely, yet the walk to it woudl ve been perfect if my bags had been carried-what's a girl to do? Discovered a cockroach in my bathroom, but it's fine. As someone special, I hoped for a complimentary drink. Guess they save that for the other guests. Absoluteley a letdown!

The bungalows were gorgeous. The view was incredible. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was included.
It is a HIKE to get to and from the facility. You literally have to hike thru the woods and up some steep hills. It's probably the furthest place from the main strip and beach area. It's a good place for couples who want to be locked in their rooms ;)

Rooms were small, nothing like what it looks like in the pictures on your website. LONG hike to the hotel with no lighting on the forest path, VERY inaccessible. No ferry services at night, they charge 150 BAHT per ride only from the hotel to the beach. No return trips provided. Loud music reflected from opposite beach to the rooms up till 2-3 AM in the morning, woke up a number of times because of the noise. Red fire ants infested the outside of the room so beware because they are aggressive and leave painful bites. Doors are not bug proof and ants could have entered the room. We had to fend them off with a lighter. Terrible attitude from the service staff as well. Hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced, stay closer to the centre of the island where rooms only cost around 1800 BAHT and not 4500 BAHT per night.

amazing, amazing, amazing
The view from the restaurant area was fine, offering a visual feast. I loved the complimentary snacks and fruits available throughout the day were good but good. The kayak rental was an adventure too-paddling to nearby beaches added excitement to our vacation.
can recommend 😊❤️

By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in Phi Phi Don, had much fun and met amazing staff for that one member of staff. I had tasteful food for breakfast on toast or muesli with juice. The setting was amazing, next to back to the pier, the center of the island, and the bay.
